During my period as an employee I came into contact with the world of aeronautical law, and I was entrusted with the task of advising different airlines for several years.
Once I was established independently and fully aware of the abuses that airline users usually encounter, I began to work on cases in defense of the rights of passengers, and later, I founded claimairlines.com in collaboration with other law professionals.

How do we work
In the first place, we carry out extrajudicial actions in order to try to reach a friendly solution, and in case of not reaching it, we proceed to the interposition of the necessary legal actions to obtain indemnifications to passengers of air carriers for cases of delay, cancellation and overbooking of flights, and delays and loss of luggage.

- We negotiate with the airline to try to arrange a friendly agreement.
- If it is not possible we present a judicial demand. once it is received by the airline they usually contact us to arrange an agreement.

We do not limit ourselves to claim the minimum amount established in the European Regulation of application, but we will add an additional amount in concept of material and moral damages once we have analyzed the viability of the claim of said indemnifying concepts.
